Run-time error '372'

Hello,

I am having some problems when starting MPE.

Each time I try to load it, a box pops up behind the loading screen saying:

Run-time error '372'

Failed to load control 'PhoneBook' from . Your version of maybe outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with the aplication.

I tried to install different versions of MPE and none did work.

I am running Vista 32 bit and have tried installing and running the program as administrator. Nothing worked and I get the same error.

Any suggestions?

Its definitiv a installation-problem. Did the installer show you any error ?

Hey yes, I just wanted to post on this. I didn't have this problem until recently it kept popping up.





I have to restart my computer to make MPE load again.

How often you can start MPE up to the errormessage ?

How long... ermm... normally it's after I exit MPE after maybe let's say .. hours? Then without rebooting my computer, I try to turn on MPE again and it happens. So only after i reboot my computer then it works again.

Hmm - difficult to find out. If you close MPE - is ther still a process called "MyPhoneExplorer.exe in the Taskmanager ?

Sometimes yes, I had to kill the process.
