I'm using MPE (and have for some time), but it seems the "Decrease PC volume during calls to:" option does not work. For me I'd like this to work.

I've tried a variety of options in that dropdown, all to no avail.

Here's the log (with the number I dialled from blanked out):

Code: Alles auswählen

10:43:11.91 [RX]: RING
10:43:11.91 [RX]: *ECAV: 1,6,1,,,"***********",129
10:43:11.91 Decrease to 0%
10:43:11.93 Show CallControl Left=1980 Top=2610

10:43:22.87 [RX]: OK
A similar set of events exists for decreasing to 20%. Neither produce the desired effect.

I've got a SoundMAX HD Audio chipset. I am willing to try as many versions of MPE as needed to make this work, as it is one of the useful features of the software for me.

OK FJ, thanks for the reply. I notice that MPE is written in Visual Basic 6? Having done a fair bit of VB6 programming myself, I would be more than willing to take a look at changing the volume from VB6.

If I can find a solution myself that works on my PC, should I let you know?

Yes, MyPhoneExplorer is written in VB6.
I have sent you the Mixer-Module of MyPhoneExplorer via email. It would be very good if you could find and fix the bug.
Very thanks
