I have installed your programme on my laptop (windows vista business) last night. When I connected my C905 to the laptop, your programme could recognise my phone and downloaded all text messages to my laptop. But when I went to download the contacts, your programme quited itself instantly. I tried to re-run the programme several times, but the same problem happened every time when i tried to download the contacts. Could you please tell me why? And how can I fix that?

Which version you are using ?
Are you working on a chinese PC ?

It's version 1.6.4, I must have downloaded it a while ago. And no, I don't use Chinese PC. It's a Dell Latitude running English Windows Vista Business edition.
