Hello i'm new on this forum , i'm french , i have a se c902 and i would like to thank you for this great software.
Just a little question i've read the english faq and i understand that it's impossible to get the time from the phone for sent messages.
But if i edit the time on the software for a message and i want to transfert it to the phone i loose again the time. Any solution? And if i move it to the archive on the software to transfert it again into the sent items on my phone , after when i open the message it goes to the draft items of the phone.
Is it also possible to get the state of a sent message , i mean if the message is delivered.
I'm looking for a solution that i can backup complety all my phone in order to update the phone software and after to put back all the datas to the phone.
I want to a shop and they tell that sony ericsson have an online tool for user to be able to backup their phone on the net to update the phone and after get the datas. They don't remember the adress of the website where i can do that and for them i have to search for sony ericsson insider but i've found something but not what i want to do.
Anyone has heard something about this ?

Its a known issue of the C902 and some other new phones. not fixable - depends on the phone.

I have did and tried very much things with the phones of SE and a ican tell you that its absolutly impossible to save and restore the whole content without data-loss.

After some research on the net i've found a part of SE website for reseller called insider : http://www.sonyericsson.com/retail/inde ... cale=ca-en
You can also see that with UME-36 you can save all datas of the phone

Then people from the shop confirm they are able to backup SE phones complety but this service is for reseller and at this time they don't give the website adress.

I will go again to them after my holidays to know more on how to do that.

Hmm interesting tool. But very expensive (1500€ + VAT)
To be honest: The things which UME-36 can transfer this can also be done with MyPhoneExplorer. It would be interesting if this Tool/Service makes it possible to copy: MMS, email, phone settings and the T9 dictionary
