just wanted to tell you that the signal quality (in the monitor section) doesnt work on my k610 and k800 when the phone is on the 3g (UMTS) network. but when the phone switches back to GSM mode the Signal Monitor works again...
Im using the operator Three network...

I know - signalquality for UMTS is not supported.

will it be supported in a near future?

No - not supported by the phone
