Hi Sir,

My detail are as below:

Model: P1i
Type of Connection: USB
MPE Version: 1.7.3 & 1.6.7
Window: XP SP3

MPE can connecting to my P1i. However when downloading my SMS about 1700. MPE was automatic closed and show a error message. Then i cannot open MPE again. If i need to open MPE,i need to uninstall and reinstall it. But the problem is still happen.

Please kindly help and advise how to solve it.

MyPhoneExplorer does not work correct on DBCS-Systems. If you disable the DBCS-Mode then it should work (means you have to set a non-chinese system-charset)
