Is the M608c a M600i-Clone ? If yes then i could make it compatible. But i think you are from china, so you waould have to disable the DBCS-Mode on your PC so that the Sync works.

Mobile-Agent has no SyncML-Library so it will be not possible to access your Symbian-Phone to sync contacts/appointments with it.
You can disable the DBCS-Mode if you set the system-charset to english or any other language except chinese. I know this is a bad thing and may cause other problems but i cannot fix this issue. besides this you need also mRouter for syncing. Its included into the official PC-Suite. Does the PC-Suite already work on your PC ?

yes both mRouter and PC-suite are already work
is it possible to solve the "...can not be stored..." error when sending sms if not disable the DBCS-Mode?

In your situation i think its the best to leave the current state. You can sync contacts and agenda with the PC-Suite, the rest does MyPhoneExplorer.
Cause the SMS-Problem: Please post the logfile after the errormessage.
