merge contacts?

Hi!
Is there any easy way to merge my google contacts with my phone contacts? Typically I have email info in google, and phone number info in my phone
I'd like to sync my contacts with my google account, but I'd like to merge the info. I can only find a way to choose which of the two infos I want to use, not a way to merge them...
