Since I updated the software on my SE C510, I have found that the 350+ contacts from my phonebook will no longer synchronise with MPE. Prior to the update, it worked perfectly well.

Any suggestions?

Did you made any Backup before the softwareupdate ? If no -> rightclick in contactslist->Import/Export->Export whole phonebook (as vCard *.vcf).

Then press the second button of the toolbar (download entire). After this it should work again, if the contacts in the phone are empty then you can import the saved vCard-File and sync.
