Hello friends i am facing problems while backing up of msgs when i will try to backup the backup process starts bt when msgs reach at 5540 it stop responding while i have 8000 msgs in my phone
I am using window vista kindly tell me the solution of the problem

The problem is known and currently not fixable. Please try it with "Stable connection" -> the process will need much more time but with some luck it works.

Can you explain about the word stable connection bro

Disconnect the phone, go to Menu-File-Settings-Connection and enable "Stable connection"
