Why is backspace slow ?

When entering text for a text message in MPE 1.7.2 in to a SE w810i, typing normal text is SUPER fast! Its so damn cool and works so fine... but when i hit the backspace to delete text, it is too slow 
It does not work like normal text..phone kinda lags... phone's "C" button works fine when deleting... but the same speed is not achieved when deleting using PC's backspace
Hope this can be fixed

. Cause of this i implemented it as emulated "C-Key-Press"
