Hi ... just damaged handset with water phone starts up but no screen.. SE media manager sees phone memory and card but PC suit does not. My phone explorer cant sync error message shows as 'obex protocol could not initialize. Obex error code CO bad request-server couldnt understand request'....
I have the lates version... any help appreciated!!

You have to start up the phone - otherwise you cannot connect with MyPhoneExplorer or PC-Suite. Maybe only the display is damaged. In this case you can disable the PIN-Request with another phone. besides this maybe you have to press once the Joystick (if you set the startupmenu Phone oder Flight Mode)

PIn request has been set on the phone itself and not the sim!!!... do you know what comes first when the phone starts... is it select the mode and then PIN or visa versa!!!! working blind on this one

Normally, first you have to select the mode (Phone- or Flightmode) and after that you have to enter the PIN.

The PIN itself and the Info if the phone should request the code is stored on the SIM so you can disable this with another phone. Did you set also the Phone-Lockcode ?

Yes I beleive I did!!
