FJ Software

I am trying to connect my W760i but the program tells me no device is found. I am using a USB cable and the computer has found the device but the MyPhine Explorer program does not

Any ideas?

Hi,

are the drivers for your W760 already installed?
Do you see your device in windows' device manager under modems?
