When i open My Phone Explorer im see it :

Failed to load control 'PhoneBook' from. Your version of may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application"

What can i do? I cant open the application please help me.

Installation issue. Please ensure that you have admin-access and install MyPhoneExplorer again.
