hi i have w550i and i have lastest software for my phone and i have lastest program.

when i want to take out my phone and i disconnect it,i get blue screen.

can anyone help me?

Must be a driverproblem. Does it also happen if you disconnect MyPhoneExplorer before you unplug the phone ?
