My appologies - i entered straight into the english site and did not notice there was an FAQ section.. Please help with the below?
I have located my phone at port 7 & 8 using setupCOM and the modem is listed in control panel in modems & device manager
- Model of your phone - W810i
- Type of connection - USB
- MPE-version - MPE 1.4.5
- Windows version - Win2000
and at last in some cases it would help if you post your
- firmware version - unknown - i have tried the funny series of pressing nav buttons with * keys, and all that happens is i run around the same menu..
and the lines from the debug file..

I would need the logfile of MyPhoneExplorer - not from the system

.
You'll find it at C:\Programs\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt
Please note:
- first connect your phone to cable and select "Phone-Mode"
- then start MyPhoneExplorer and try to connect
- then post the logfile here

Now you have set the wrong COM-Port. COM7 or COM8 should work
