For some strange reason, MyPhoneExplorer 1.7.2 does not import all of my lotus notes 8 meetings. Some meetings it gets, but not all. Very strange.

Meetings which were sent to you as invitation cannot be read. can this explain your problem ?

I don't think that explains it. All of my meetings are sent to me via an invite. I do not create meetings myself. And some meetings show up and others don't. It's strange.

I know that there is a problem with sent invitations and for this items Lotus stores only a link to it but not the real item. Could it match the problem that the items you are missing were invited events AND they were ruled on the original Database ?

Yes, what you are describing seems to be the case.

OK, then we know the problem - but not the solution.
I tested this behavior already and it seems to be impossible to read out the original rule-setting. Lotus saves ONLY the calendardates and from this dates its near impossible to generate a ruleorder.

Hi

Thanks for the information as this partly explains the problem I'm getting as well, but it cannot be the whole answer.

I have a meeting in my Notes 8 diary that my manager booked with me and that is showing in my Sony Ericsson w910i fine.

Today he delegated a meeting to me and that would not synchronise. So it is not just down to meetings from other people.

Saying that I know it can be done as I have used Lotus Easysync and something else I cannot remember and both somehow picked them all up, so I wish you well in trying to figure out the problem as it is the only hiccup I can see with what you have!

Many thanks, Nigel.

PS, if you would like me to try some scenarios, I can probably arrange to beat up one of my colleagues to do some dummy meetings with me.

Arg - Above post is from me!

I know that there are problems with using the Lotus-Sync, but since i'm not able to reproduce them they are hard to fix.
