MPE at two different computers - synchronize with one phone

Hi 
I am using MPE at two different computers (home & work) and sometimes synchronize contacts at home and sometimes at work.
I've noticed that if I at home delete some contacts after synchronization they are deleted from phone.
But, when I came at work and synchronize again, deleted contacts are still in that copy of MPE and they are synchronized back to phone.
Is there any workaround (but not to use only one MPE only in one place) or option that MPE ask me what I want do to with contact which is not in phone database.
