I successfully installed the program, but as soon as I synchronize, the program shows up an error message and closes.

THe error is as follows:
Error : ModName : Kernel32.dll ModVer : 5.1.2600.2180 Offset :

This code also shows up Oxc000008f.

Can someone please help me with this? THANKS!!!

The following messages also show up.

unknown software exception (Oxc000001e) located at Ox0019eb78
memory Ox50000100 can't be read.

This messages does not help me. Please post the logfile here (Start-Run-%appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt-OK) directly after the crash.

MyPhoneExplorer has problems to run on computers which work in DBCS-Mode. You could disable the DBCS-Mode if you set the system-charset to English (not China).

I tried setting the character to English, but it's still the same thing. How do I set the ssyem-charset to English? not sure if I did correctly..Also, my windows is Chinese...
