Hello!
I recently purchased an W595 It works perfectly well but Im having problem with FJ Software. I've download the very latest version. Those are the problems,
1-) When I send the SMS I tick on the "Save successful deliveries in "Sent Items"" the message is received from other party but I receive a note when it says Sending Failed.
2-) Sometime I have problem with the "Refresh" button it freezes sometime.
I used to use FJ software with an K750i and it worked perfectly well.

As i often told...
- do not use the Front-USB-Hub of the PC
- do not use USB-Hubs
- use the short delivered cable and not the old DCU60 (gray) which were delivered with your K750i

FJ!
Thank you for your quick answer! Thats what I'm doing:
- Dont use the Front-USB-Hub of the PC
- Dont use USB-Hubs
- I use the short delivered cable and not the old DCU60 (gray) which were delivered with my K750i/W595.....
......but the problem still persists
Any other solution?
Regards,

No, the problem has to do with wired connectivity, i think you have also problems to send messages with other apps.

K750i and W595 cables are just the same only W595 cable is little shorter. I was using K750i cable (cuz is same as the W595 one) than I tried with th W595 one still the same. When I use K750i it works perfectly well....
I dont know how to fix it.....

I know...
Newer models have a very low signal strength throught the cable and if the phone is sending data throught network then MyPhoneExplorer gets no answer from the phone - you are not alone with this problem, just search the forum. On many PC's it helped to use other cables or USB-Port, but its not a workaround for all users
