sport.dll problem

I have problem registering sport.dll and then i get the message to log on from the administrator account thou i am already logged via administrator account and i mean literally administrator account not admin privilege account. anyhelp

You are using WinXP with SP3 - right ?

hey admin it worked like a charm which value in the registry had been corrupt can you show me? coz i had done all allowed from control userpasswords2. thanks you rock man.

The rights of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Licenses are wrong and have to be changed.
