K320i calling from computer with headset doesent work

Hello!
I have a colleague who has a K320 in, and a headset HBH-PV705. When he is calling from MPE, the headset dosent work. But if he calls from the phone instead of going through contacts in MPE it works fine. This is strange becuase everyone I know does this with no problem (They have different phones by the way). Do you have any idea?
