How do i import messages

I am thinking of formatting my p1i but before i do that i wanted to know how can i import all de messages and phone contacts to my formatted p1i through My Phone Book Explorer ?????

Just connect the P1i and make a backup (extra-create backup).

I have finished formatting my p1i ....Wanted to know how do i re-import all my messages to the p1i cell phone ?
