is myphoneexplorer compatible with Sony Ericsson W302? if not will you release a version that is? thanks

The W302 has a Sagem-Chip and besides this it has no real Softwareinterface. There will be never a version for this phone.

hi. . i've bin using ur software for quite sometime now with the w700i... i jus picked up the w302 today n it aint syncing with ur software... i jus read ur above post bout never releasing a version for this phone.... now wat do i do cuz i store all my msgs everyday plus all my contacts are stored in myphoneexplorer and using the vcard backup aint helpin at all.... please help...

hi I am using W302, able to sync messages, send messages and sync contacts in SIM. Only problem with sync contacts in Phone.

i use win Vista, and a cheap bluetooth adapter, with software bluesoliel trial version.

I had already a S302 here for testing. It has the same chipclass. Its really not possible.

I'm sorry, i'm new to ericsson phones and myphone explorer so i dont get some stuff yet.
I just need to copy my address book from my old siemens S65 to my new T303. I have already done the convert and now i have the address boot in myphone explorer. I tried to connect the T303 and i couldnt set it to "phone mode" as i read i should. So my next step was to use a W302 thats laying around, and send the address book from it to the T303 through bluetooth or something.
Now i read here that W302 cat be "synced" with myphone explorer, and i really dont understand. This means that i cannot edit my phone addressbook from within myphone explorer? Or can I?
If i can, can you please give me a link for a proper usb driver? The one i found at sony erisson's website was for using the mobile as a modem, which is kinda useless for me :s

The w302 can't be synced means, that you can not connect the phone to MyPhoneExplorer, Sony Ericsson PC Suite or similar programs and therefore you can not edit anything using the PC.

there is a "horrible" way to do this. you can go about vcf data:

with an vcf editor you could edit your contacts (e.g. outlook) and send it via massstorge to your phone. ther you can import it (you will find the data under "others"
