When I synchronice MPE (contact, calendar and notes) with Outlook open, appers message error "Outlook connection fail", when outlook is close I synchronice without problems.

Which MyPhoneExplorer and Outlook-Version you are using ?
Any installed Outlook-Addins which could raise the problem ?
