First the program said I had no connection with the phone after having backed up roughly 50% of the contents in my phone. I then backup up all the contacts and SMS etc and that went without problems. THen I tried to back up all the files (sound, video etc) and that seemed to work well but I could not find the backup file after that: It should be in User/Myname/Dokument like the contact backup file but I cannot find it.

If the backupwindow has finished then the file must be created. Otherwise you get an errormessage. i think you just selected the wrong outputfolder and now you are not able to find the file.
