Calls list messed up since using MPE to delete calls list

I have a Sony Ericsson z550, unlocked, on AT&T. I connect via USB. Since I used MPE 1.7.1 to delete my calls list from the PC, any new calls that show up on my phone say "withheld" and do not display the name or number of the caller, whether I placed or received the call. Also, the dates and times are messed up, like saying the year is 37 or 83, or the date and time just don't display at all. How can I fix this?
I would gladly tell you what firmware my Sony Ericsson phone is using if you could tell me where on my phone I can find this information. If it is the option undre Settings - General - Update Service - Software Version, then my firmware is CXC1250583 R6GA004.
