Hello,

Can somebody help me?

I upgraded MyPhoneExplorer for k800i yesterday. Everithing looked ok. I synchronized. Only notes did not want to synchronise.

Today I've noticed that my k800i could not connect to internet and I decided to restart it. But now I cannot turn it on: it bliknks with white and nothing more.

Can anybody help me????
What can I do with this?


Maybe it is important that on the MyPhoneExplorer site I found Controller (for controlling WinAmp) . It was written that should work for k800i so I installed in my PC. But nothing happend - I haven't notice anything. Is it possible that this is the reason?

I don't think that it has to do with MyPhoneExplorer or the Controller. Both Apps communicate throught the official Softwareinterface with the phone. This interface is failsafe - you cannot raise a permanent error on the phone with this interface. After the restart normally the interface is resetted.

You problem looks like a software error.
• in myPhoneExplorer: Menu-Extras-Create backup (you'll get a errormessage cause the phone is not connected, choose "Yes" for a offlinebackup)
• Then do a softwareupgrade to the phone (You can download the UpdateService on SonyEricssons Homepage)

It really looks strange. I did nothing extraordinary exept upgrading MyPhoneExplorer and installing Controller - that's why it seems to me that the reason is somewhere with them.

I wanted to do backup but MyPhoneExlorer does not open and shows error 372



I need advice. I need my mobile working and I have to mend it on my own because I am far away from any menders.

Please tell me what to do step by step.

Install MyPhoneExplorer again - ensure that you have Admin-Access

Well, After installing I could use it - and I synchronised my mobile with new MyPhoneExplorer. Then something happend and my mobile does not work (only white screen after restart). MyPhoneExplorer suddenly did not want to open showing only this error. That's why I'm looking for the solution here.

I reinstalled MyPhoneExplorer - and it seems it works. I did backup. But I do not know what to do with my mobile. I used SEUS and it says my mobile does not need any upgrade (it seems I have the latest version).

Can anybody hep me?

Is it possible to reinstall the latest firmware with SEUS ?

It seems that not.

SEUS has been working for a few minutes and then finished with a message that I have the latest version and don't need update (I can't remember the exact words now).

Do you think it maybe sth in firmware or erom?

It must be the firmware ot the erom-module.

It was hard job and took me a lot of time but my mobile works again. Thank you!
