I have a z750. When I download sms's it always downloads no less than 1400, even if I have only 1 on the phone. I look at the memory status, and i am using 1450 as of right now. I have less than 10. Where is it getting mixed up at, and is there a way to fix it? BTW when it downloads to full 1400+, it only shows what I have on my phone after it's done. Makes no sense to me.

I've noticed that everytime that I hit refresh view icon, when it redownloads, it cuts to total down by about 10-20 each time. This is odd. I'm down to about 820 now.

Ok, one more thing, haha. I just now tried refreshing the memory status page every 10 seconds, and it slowly shows the number of sms's going down. So that must mean that my phone is painfully slow at deleting messages from it's memory, correct?

Did you delete many messages with MyPhoneExplorer before ?
If yes then give the phone a littlebit time. The phone deletes the messages asyncron - it can take 30 minutes up to all messages are deleted.

no, didn't delete them with MPE. Oh well, all is good now after I waited long enough.
