Maybe cause a bug in the sms-decoder. Please doubleclick this message, then click on >> and post the "PDU" here.

Hmm - what should the questionmarks represent ? How is the message displayed in the phone ?

The questionmarks are placed in exchange for greek characters like Σ,Γ,Δ and other characters english alphabet doesnt involve....

I just tried it out - if i set my system-charset to greek then MPE displays this text:
ΠETPAN. ΔEN EIMAI KAΛA, KAI ΔE ΘA EPΘΩ ΣTON AΓΩNA... ΠEΣ TOY KΩΣTA NA MH ΔAKPIΣEI ΓIA THN AΠΩΛEIA. Bb
I don't know how the setting is called in greek. Its placed in Regional settings. On XP its named like "Charset for programs which does not support unicode". On Vista its called "System charset"
