Thank you for creating MPE.

The definition of Week 53 is given by ISO 8601 as is shown here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601#Week_dates

The current MPE version 1.7.0 shows Week 53 for 2008 so all following week numbers are off by 1. I have tested this on Win XP SP3 using BT, it does not matter if I change language or country [holiday] settings.

Presence of week number 53 is correct for years 2008 through 2017.
