is it possible to add a function were MPE automaticly disconnects from the phone after it have done its job?.. for example after multi sync or after sms sending...

MPE disconnects automatically if you put your pphone from the cable or if you turn of Infrared. I don't think it makes sense to add an option to disconnect after various actions.
