HI, I upgraded to 1.7 because the older version gave me errors, i have read the forums as best i can and have tried the suggested fixes with no luck,
when i run the test program it says i do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality.

any help would be great please.

You need Admin-Access to install MyPhoneExplorer. Did you tried it also after restarting the PC ?
