Couldn't identify

The connection is correct, but the program says that it couldn't be identified my phone... I have a SE P910.
Please help!

neither my p800 is able to connect. The program says "phone can not be identyfied

The P-Series doesn't work with MPE. The P800 IS in the P-Series.
