Is there any possibility of a complete sync between two phones (k310 containing the data & k660, almost empty) - including SMS, phonebook, calendar events, tasks and so on?

Contacts and Organizer can be synced to each other if you sync both devices with a third application (Outlook or other supported PIMs). A cross-sync is not planned.
