After a few moments the P1i get disconnected,
I have to unplug the USB & plug it again
Plz help

Please post the logfile after MyPhoneExplorer got disconnected

I seem to have the problem.
It think its do with your inactivity lock. After disabling the inactivity lock, it seemed to work fine for me.

after disabling the in acitvity lock everything seems fine.

But what if I can't disable the lock? We use Active sync at my company and I cant disable the lock in Active Sync.

When the phone get's locked it disconnects. As soon as I unlock the phone it seems to works fine again.
