Hello,
Are there any plans to support the k800i in the near future? I am hoping to purchase one next week, and I would love to use this software with it!
Thanks |

I couldnt get it to work properly remember to put your phone into 'Phone Mode'. Although sending text messages is temperamental (sometimes sends/ sometimes doesnt) |

Hi Guys,
I’ve had a K800i for a about a month now, I have been able to connect the MPE via Bluetooth perfectly well. I have also installed the USB drivers for my phone, which enables me to view the device via USB through the Windows file explorer. However, I cannot get my K800i to communicate with MPE via USB cable. Also which USB mode does the phone have to be in? Normal mode or USB file transfer mode? It doesn’t work in either though. Can anyone help me? Thanks for your response.

You have to choose the phonemode. Then look into the devicemanager of windows into "Modems" there should appear your K800 with the right COM-Settings.

Thank you very much for your very speedy advice. I have come to the conclusion that it is not MPE’s issue. I have been able to get the SE suite to recognise the phone while it is in File transfer mode, however it will not recognise the phone if it is in Phone mode. Also I have attempted to find the phone while in Phone mode using your previously described method (Device Manager). However it was not displaying that the phone was connected at all. Will it matter that the cable was bundled from a K750? It seems to have more pins present. I thank you for any advice given.
Many Thanks

I think it doesn't matter if the cable was bundled with the K750 or K800. If i'm right both phones use the DCU-60, but you need the original CD which was bundled with your K800, cause the drivers are stored on the original CD. |

Both things profile-editing and deleting calls in the calllist are not supported by your phone. The Delete-Button in the call-lists is only for archived calls. |

Hi, i used MPE with my k750 and it was absolutely fine, but i've swapped my phone to a k800i and downloaded the 1.5.8 version but cannot get the phone recognised, it's still coming up with k750 as the user. How do I get it to recognise a k800?
Thanks |
