Hi All
When sending sms through MPE the date is recorded. Sometime when I reconnect some previously sent messages have reverted to no indication. What is the explanation please
Thanks
Prophet

I did read the FAQ
It says It's not possible to get the "send date and time" from phone if the message wasn't send directly from MyPhoneExplorer
I did send sms through MPE so the date is recorded.
The problem is that when I reconnect, sometimes the date that was recorded has reverted to no indication

Are you sure? I didn't hear of that before...
The same sms which had a date/time before?

Yes, I'm sure.
It has happened with many texts over the past few months
I will often have a number of old sent messages, sent through MPE so have date, then for no apparent reason when I reconnect the dates have reverted to no indication
Do you have any ideas?

Dear developer,
I have several questions/queries and one of it is the same as prophet. I've been using this sw since 1.3 version and this archive time stamp is always there... so I tot of checking on the forum.
With tis new version of 1.6.7, its slightly better. Archiving inbox smses has no prob. Problem happens when u try to archive the sent smses. If that text msg was sent from your phone, then it will show "no indication" but if u sent via 1.6.7, the time stamp shows correctly.
Is there anyway to fix this prob ??
2. How to compact the archive database ?
3. How to have other languages (like chinese) support on text messages ?
4. How to enable the "message notification" section ? By default it is greyed out.
Thank you and appreciate your early response.

Cause the sent timestamps: Please read the
FAQ
2. What do you mean ? Do you mean backup ? If yes - Menu-Extras-Create Backup
3. MyPhoneExplorer doesn't support full unicode, but you can use other languages if you set the system-charset to the specified language (but chinese will need full unicode). no fix planned for this
4. If message notification is grayed out then you have activated "Stable connection". Disable this setting

I experience the same thing on and off.
I agree, it is upon disconnecting the phone and later reconnecting it again.
