Bug? - Thunderbird popups when syncing

If Thunderbird is minimized and you start a synchronization from My Phone Explorer, then thunderbird window is restored, which is annoying and it is not needed.
¿Is it possible to change this behaviour?

Doesn't happen for me. Which versions are you using? (Thunderbird, MPE, MPE Mozilla Addon). Which other Thunderbird extensions do you have installed.

It happens for me too
I have
Thunderbird version 2.0.0.14
MPE version 1.6.7
MPE Mozilla Addon version 0.9.36
I also use Mozilla Addon Minimize To Tray version 0.0.1.2006102615+
OS is XP SP2

That's easy. MimimizeToTray is not supportet together with MPE. That is because both hook into Thunderbird command line handling. There is nothing I can do about it - only the author of MimimizeToTray can do something about it.

I have changed the extension for minimizing TB.
Now I use the extension "bosskey" and it works fine.
No more popup.
