installer issues..shellmgr

hi there i tried installing myrphone explorer but whenever it gets 2 installin shellmgr or something the installer always crashes and vista closes the program.pls help??
I think the problem is the DEP - making an exception or turning it of is at the moment the only way to get MPE to work.
Oh, and you need admin-access for installation!
