Hi, I'm trying to install the latest version and I'm getting an installer error



I've downloaded the file several times, no virus present, also when I hit ok the installer doesn't quit, I've to use the taskmanager to terminate the program, any help will be apreciated, as it's a fantastic program and I don't want to miss the improvements.

With OS do you use?
Please look to c:\programs\MyPhoneExplorer\
Is there a file called uninstall.exe?
Did you delete files manualy?

This errormessage comes from the uninstaller i think. Please try to uninstall MyPhoenExplorer from the startmenu and post if you get this message also (if you uninstall MPE you will get a messagebox which allows to keep all data and prefences)

Will try the advice and post the results asap.

That fixed it, was a problem with the uninstaller, got it up and running.
