I encounter a problem trying to sync my oultook 2007 organizer with my z710i. If I'm in the option menu setting the right properties, i get a error stating that "the other program is busy, retry or switch to program". I get this message when outlook is open but even when it's not active.
With this message myphone explorer freezes.

Any idea on how to resolve this problem?

Insert your Office-CD and choose "Repair". This should fix your problem.
