hi . i installed the latest version of my explorer. after running it, it says runtime error 372. Failed to load control 'phonebook' from. your version may be outdated..

in what way can i fix it?

Which OS do you use ?

am using wndows XP

I have logged in as computer administrator when i installed it

OK, then download this Test-Tool and run it to find out which file causes the error. A errormessage should appear - post the content of the errormessage.

component 'ccrpDtp6.ocx or one of its dependencies not currently registered. a file is missing or invalid

Look into the folder C:\Programme\MyPhoneExplorer\DLL
Is the file in this folder?

yes, the folder contains that file

Then try to register it manually (Drag&Drop it to C:\WINDOES\system32\regsvr32.exe

There is also a depency to ccrpUCW6.dll . This file should be also there.
