Appointments do not transfer to phone

I have just started using this software, and so far I think it is pretty good. However, I cannot get some of the appointments to transfer to the phone. They appear to be the appointments with the 'sunshine' symbol (what does this mean?) next to them.

Also, is there anyway to limit the range of appointments transferred to the phone rather than the whole lot?

Any help would be appreciated.

Does everything else work properly?

It is a K510i

Everything else seems fine. It is only the appointments, and only the ones with the little yellow sun next to them.

All the new appointments that I make on the computer have this logo next to them - I would love to know what it indicates!

After inserting a new appointment... Did you try a sync (of the appointments)? :wink:

EDIT:
The small sun (or whatever) indicates a new appointment, which is NOT saved into the phone. After a sync the sun isn't shown anymore and the appointment should be on the phone.

Please note that there is a limit of 300 appointments.
