ebay Tools error?

I've got a problem with install of MPE on Vista. During installation, after choosing install directory I've got error that .exe had to be closed. What can I do?
I want to use MyPhoneExplorer

That has nothing to do with the eBay-adware. Make an exception for the Setup in Windows DEP

Then deactivate DEP complete and deactivate UAC temporarly.
Admin-Access is also needed.
