I have a problem selecting "Outlook 2007" under Sync tab inside Options dialog. Whenever I select Outlook 2007 for either Contects or Calendar, after pressing OK, it always returns to "Only MyPhoneExplorer".

What is the deal here?

I think you have not connected a phone. This setting is seperate for every phone and if you have no profile loaded MPE cannot save this setting.
