How do I get all old information to my new similar phone?
Phone Explorer does not recognise my new telephone when I try to syncronise with the information I have from the old similar (K810) one.

Make a new profile for the new phone (File -- Settings -- Connections -- Search Phone).
Then change to the old profile (File -- Users), export the old datas, change to the new profile and import in the new one.

But... Where do i find Export and Import buttons?

f you want to export yout contacts, go in MPE to contacts --> rightklick on a contact --> Import / Export....
Also do this with you SIM-contacts, the calender,....

I am very happy with this program (especially now when I do understand how to send the phonebook and calendar to other phones.
