Time synchronization bug!

Hi. When MPE can't connect to time server it return diffrence in time between local host and telephone about 15 to 20 seconds ( the time MPE trys to connect to time server ). So if you can't connect to time server you choose "correct" button, then you choose to synchronize again and again you will have 15 to 20 sec diffrence bettwen phone and local computer.
