Strange things happens

Hi,

Just out of the blue my MPE quits working. Vista says: (translated) "MPE is not responding. A problem occured and therefor the program is not working anymore. The program will be closed en you will be informed when a solution is available"

I thought a reinstall would solve the problem, but while installing, the same error message appear.

The software (BlueSoleil) for the BT-adapter is generating the same message. Uninstalling and reinstalling is without a result.

What's going on and how to solve it?

maybe your DEP-feature got activated throught a windows-update. DEP is a security-option which makes often problems.

Thank you FJ. DEP is disabled for MPE; MPE1.6.6_Setup and my Bluetooth program and it works like before.

Yes sir, the problem is solved. Thanks again. I apologize for my late reply.

I had to add my bluetooth program; the setup program of MPE and MPE itself to authorized programs in DEP
