today i open my MyPhoneExplorer and found out that my archive has been roll back or my msg are missing, i lost about 1k+ msg
yes i did backup last few days but the backup couldn't run well
any solution to get back my msg?

im using version 1.6.4

Why the Backup didn't work ? Any errormessages ?

i restore my backup and it takes about 30min yet still no respond....
just a blank screen after i xxx on the backup

I hope not.
Please update to MyPhoneExplorer 1.6.7, there were some optimations in sms-managment. If the restoring of the archiv is also slow you can try to import the backupfile to your sms-archive. Maybe this is faster.

what im trying to do is to restoring backup to sms-archive due to my unicode word all become symbolic...(cant read at all)

About the unicode-chars: Are they also in the list symbolic ? What about a screenshot ?

here you go, most of them show "?" even i point in them. whereas recently added archive can be read as shown in picture.....

How you imported the messages ? Which file-type had the backup ?

i trying to restore by double click the backup that i create by this software.
its the "File for MyPhoneExplorer"

The you will see a box called PDU. Copy the content of this box and post it.
